Thanks To Hands For Heroes Chiropractors

I injured my back(slipped disc) in 1982. Over the years it slowly got more painful but, due to possible loss of promotion or even my career, I pushed myself through the pain to keep fit. (Typical khaki mind set!) It got harder and harder to the point where every day, every hour was filled with pain. Even powerful analgesics were having little or no effect. Every single day was a struggle. There was no joy in life, just pain and gloom! There were even times when I wondered if it was worth going on! My wife, also a soldier for many years and served in the Gulf war, found out about Hands for Heroes. She had suffered with back pain for many years made worse by her service commitments. She enrolled with a Chiropractor under Hands for Heroes and soon showed incredible improvement. I had not served in the Gulf or Afghanistan and therefore was not eligible for treatment. However, my wife spoke to her therapist who agreed to take me on. I was sceptical, after all, how could a bit of manipulation do more for pain than strong pain killers? After about 4 treatments I could already feel the difference. After 8 I was totally gob smacked! Incredible improvement. Not totally pain free yet but life now has pleasure in it. So much more flexible, so much less grumpy, so much more energy and I can actually sleep more than a couple of hours a night. After 30 years of increasing pain and useless pain killers there is light at the end of the tunnel. There is glee in life now! I have no hesitation in recommending this kind of treatment to all you serving heroes and ex-heroes. If your in pain from you service, get in there! You gave your all for Queen and Country, now it's your turn to benefit. You deserve it and you won't regret it!
