This a grass-roots movement which means it is driven by the public for the benefit of the public...
...in our case the sector of the public most benefiting consists of our Servicemen and women who have been on operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The initiative Hands for Heroes does not enjoy a regular stream of income and relies on donations of time, energy and money from others until it becomes self sustaining.
Time is the most valuable asset we have, so, if you are able to donate any time on a regular basis and you agree to our
"Code of Integrity"
then we would love to hear from you. Please see our positions available below.

Positions To Fill
The positions we currently have to fill are (IN THE UK ONLY AT PRESENT):
Hands for Heroes Personal Assistant - Assistant to Executive Team at Hands for Heroes. Should ideally be located in North East England or be very comfortable working remotely through SKYPE and the internet and through the various other technologies available. Proficient at word processing and building databases, taking and making phonecalls. Ability to put together systems and very good with fine detail and organisation a necessity. (Min 5 hours a week)
Hands for Heroes Co-ordinators (data) - putting together data-bases of chiropractors, military units and politicians in areas as required. Must be familiar with Excel or compatible database. (Min 2 hours commitment/week)
Hands for Heroes Co-ordinators (contact) - writing to and calling chiropractors, military units and politicians in areas as required. Must be confident on the phone and be able to follow simple telephone scripts. (Min 2 hours commitment/week)
County Co-ordinator - putting together data-bases of chiropractors and military units and politicians in your resident county. Contacting chiropractors, military units and politicians within the county to facilitate liaison and spread the word about the development of "Hands for Heroes - Free Chiropractic Care for War Veterans". (Requires 2-5 hours a week)
Regional Co-ordinator - Co-ordinating 6-10 county co-ordinators in your region. (Requires approx 3-7 hours a week)
Country Co-ordinator - Co-ordinating the regional co-ordinators within your country. (Min 5-8 hours a week)
Full training will be given and systems provided to get optimal results.
