Gulf 91 Veteran - Retired from Forces in 1994 - Still Working

Thanks to Hands For Heroes I have been receiving free chiropractic attention for the past few weeks (approx. 2 appointments a week) at the Bracknell clinic in Berkshire for neck and shoulder issues, the cause of which I was unsure.

I discovered Hands For Heroes on the noticeboard of this chiropractic that I have used before, the last time in 2011 after a knee operation. On enquiry I discovered I was eligible, so I registered and was taken on by the practice very quickly for these sessions.

At age nearly 62 it is not surprising the aches and pains tend to last a little longer than they used to and in all truth affect me more than they might have done in the past but the help and relief I get from the sessions is remarkable, coupled with the home exercises advised by the clinic's doctors.

I move a lot more freely than before and am definitely well on the road to recovery thanks to receiving the treatment which I badly needed.
