Veteran Care Commencement Registration

PLEASE NOTE: There is no longer an automatic registration feature.

Once you start care with a veteran please register their details by e-mailing:

1. Your Practice Name and Town

2. Their FULL NAME and

3. SERVICE NUMBER to

veterans@handsforheroes.org

This is essential so that we can:

1. keep a record of who we are serving

and

2. to stop abuse of the generosity of you and your fellow chiropractors in the scheme
